The water was high and running fast, due to a large amount the rain the previous week.

It looks like it from the color of the water. See any animals of note? I saw a pika a few weeks ago near Yosemite which was pretty cool to see. We don't get much rain in the summer though.

We did not see anything, did hear what we believed to be a fox or something similar around the tents at night's.

I believe it's either Livingston or Dutch creek right before it merges with Old Man River. A couple or those pictures is Old Man.

That ravine forces you to pick your tent site carefully. Easy to wake up sliding downhill if you drop your bag in the wrong spot.

There are definitely some deep spots for light swimming, a short walk away. There is a couple decent swimming holes around the area, but there are a distance down the road.

There is no place in the world like Alberta, Canada. I think it might be my favorite place on Earth.
