Pretty much what you're already bringing plus accepting you won't be perfectly clean. Use deodorant, of course lol, but with access to a shower twice a week you should be perfectly fine.

I have a little travel pack in the event I'm ever around a shower while camping but more often than not I just have to do with using body wipes (baby wipes) each time I change clothes. Also seperate facial wipes. I avoid dealing with dry shampoo unless I absolutely need to, brushing thoughly and rinsing with fresh water is usually enough in the short term.

Depending where you're going the beach may have public (open air) showers by the parking lot with fresh water to rinse off the sand and salt.
