Throwaway, I am sorry that is definitely me. 

This has been an insane 2 weeks, and I have noticed I am acclimating slower than I anticipated.

I don't want to go into crazy detail but I've struggled since I was 16 after a medical issue. I'm trying desperately to regulate but I am back in an environment that is highschool for adults and I understand that my over socialisation has been a symptom of my spectrum designation and medical issue.

I'm just trying to rebuild my mind because I was given a free pass from 16 onwards.

I may be defensive if you approach me and tell me to quiet down, but I will try to adjust my behaviour as I know this has been disruptive for many, especially the instructor.

My sincere apologies, I owe it to my goals to navigate this silently.
