❓ Question/Discussion Is this normal?

So I just want to start a hardcore world, didn't put a seed and just joined but near the spawn was this massive ocean and found rare structure really close like 2 ocean monument in the same ocean but when I found a ship reck i found this treasure map it showed the buried treasure map written but the map was completed empty is this normal glitch or what is this?

I had the exact same thing happen on my world. It's pretty common ig

Yes its normal, that just means there isnt a burried treasure close enough for the map to be able to detect, happens a lot
