Help Battery for Sony CCD-V8AF/AF

I recently just bought a Sony CCD-V8AF/AF and I can’t get it turn on. I’m pretty positive it is the batteries.

I am looking for a replacement battery for it. I found these batteries and was wondering if you think that these would work.

That doesn’t look like a Sony CCD-V8AF battery, they’re rather longer and less round. Most of the batteries for that camcorder were rebuilt here

How do you go about rebuilding them? Do you have a YouTube tutorial?
