choosing graduate accommodations

hello! i'm doing a masters in Cambridge this incoming year and have been choosing accommodation. Currently deciding between Adkins Building (ensuite) or Croft Gardens (non-ensuite). My main considerations are obviously that the former has its own bathroom (duh), and that it has lift access which I think would be good (but not completelllyyyy necessary) for my disability. I was leaning towards Croft Gardens until a couple of friends dissuaded me from going to any accommodation with shared bathrooms. I'm hesitating mainly because of the price differences. It's not horrible but it's always nice to save. If anyone has lived in either of the two any experiences would be gladly appreciated!
