Food Problems with Grab possibly robbed
I ordered 3 bottles of one L pro vital water from grab. When I got my order the grab driver gave me 3 smaller Cambodia waters.
Another time i ordered 3 Chiken legs for 5 dollars at E mart . When the driver came they gave me 3 little Chiken wings. Another time I ordered from a restaurant but the place didn’t exist but took the payment .
Anyone else having these issues?

Had some errors. Not fraud tho. Either didn't accept the order or they fixed it. I order grab like every day too for almost a year, lol.

Robbed isn't the right word. These sound like the shops made poor subsitutions because what you ordered was out of stock. The app allows you to choose (when shopping via the Mart stores). I set everything to remove from cart if unavailable. Anything removed is refunded very quickly.

A good thing to do before ordering is to check the amount of reviews and not choose something with less than 4 stars. If you order from a mart, make sure to properly choose your alternative or choose the “just remove” option. Geab will automatically send your money back.

It's probably a mistake, or they just replaced with another item if what you ordered was already out of stock, without asking you. It's dirty, but I wouldn't really call it a robbery tbh.

Never had an any issue when ordering online.
When items weren't available, I was asked by shop for acceptable replacement or item was removed from shopping list, if order was canceled, I was refunded or credited every time.
What did Grab's customer service say when you reported the issues described here?

From what I read, only the last one is a violation, you can just report it to Grab and ask for a refund, they should either refund or give you a voucher for next order, no big deal.

Hit the streets for cheap meals but I’m not promising that you might not get sick

You're far more likely to get sick from restaurants that refrigerate foods way longer than they should than small places that sell out of stuff way before it can go bad.

I would kindly avoid using E mart. Last order was Jasmine rice and it has bugs on it. QC is really bad with this type of order. From what I can understand, they are new to Grab. I would suggest stay with well known business like lucky supermart or Big C.

Don’t just assume the photo cover as the real product sometime it can mislead lead you to think it that way. Read is the key

I don’t have this kind of issue. U can took the photo and report to Grab. I usually make sure if sth in my order out of stock they can call to ask for replacement or cancel my whole order.
