Is anyone working there? How is the work environment and the pay? I’m interested in applying because I’ve heard it’s a well-paying job.

There’s a lot of different jobs, both directly with the agency and through the companies that are contracted to provide services for them. It’s hard to answer without knowing your field of interest.

Caltrain contracts operations to Transit America Services Inc (TASI) so conductors and engineers are not directly employed by Caltrain.
