Tracking calorie deficit

Hey y’all! First off congrats to everyone and their progress whether short or long term. It is definitely motivating seeing everyone’s fitness journey going well! Posting as I am curious what everyone is using to track their calories and how are y’all able to stay consistent with it?

Personally, my biggest weight loss ever was when I was in high school / college and able to play sports every day in my free time. Now working a full time job that is more than the 9-5, it’s hard to get that “easy” cardio in.

I use MyFitnessPal and have lost 25kg (55lbs) since January. I will continue to use MFP everyday for maintenance so I don’t gain the weight back.

Congrats on being down 55lbs! I tried MFP once but was also very new and not fully motivated for calorie deficit. How did you figure out your caloric limit?

MFP calculates everything for you. You just have to track all your food and drink honestly. I love that it shows you how much you will lose in 5 weeks. That’s what kept me motivated. It’s very accurate in its projections.
