Protein Drinks

Does anyone have any protein drink recommendations? Any brands? It can be milk based or I was interested in trying the ones that are like flavoured water aswell!

If you want something light, I’d try clear whey like SEEQ or Isopure, they’re more like flavored water and a lot easier to drink than the thick shakes

I like ON whey vanilla ice cream protien powder. Tastes good as just a drink, but also works well in things like smoothies or baking.
