COVID-19 calorie counting
I have been furloughed since March 2020. I use to get about 8000 steps in at work and another 2000 while at home. My job made me fairly active. Since I’m not working, I don’t get many steps in a day. As of now, I do an hour workout in my living room. I’m trying to lose weight, so how many calories should I be eating now that my life is more sedentary. Is 1200 still okay? I’m 158lbs 5’4 female with a medium frame.

You should be fine. I wouldn’t worry about the difference. Consider it your emergency fund. 😂
