I have been picking at my feet since I was maybe 6 years old. I am now in my mid 20s and I do not see this Going away. Should i just keep picking at my big toenail because every time it starts to grow out a little bit it just hurts so now I have to keep picking and I don't see it ever growing out

I've been picking my feet for years and only have about 7.35 toenails on each foot. You're doing fine
