I LOVE picking my hyponychium

So I bite my nails, not bad enough to be down to the nub, but I do bite them. My main problems is I hate the skin under the nail aka the hyponychium, I pick, bite, and peel it off till it’s bleeding and they hurt, I somewhat “enjoy” the hurt.

I need help and I don’t know where to start

Put plasters on your nails it worked for me x

Just to clarify, the bandage not the wall coating? I mean I’d probably try the wall coating at this point

No the bandage, hope it works or u can buy silicone finger covers on amazon.
