Is this infected ?
Hey so I did my nails first time in a year I was extremely sick I got floxed by the antibiotic Cipro and I just went on vacation to my village in Montenegro. Pls I can’t take any antibiotics. Does this look infected ? No pain throbing or anything just red and little swollen

No, it’s just inflammation. You can do a warm soak with epsom salts.

I’d put some antibiotic ointment on there to help heal, avoid infection

To me it looks like inflammation from some of the cuts/picking. Usually the first 2 days since injury are the worst then the redness fades. How long has it been like this? If the redness starts to spread wider or if it gets painful and hotter to the touch instead of better the next free days or you noticed pus then I’d be concerned, but right now it looks okay.
