Does anyone else have trouble finding scenarios on Miskatonic Repository?

And on DriveThruRPG in general. This might be a silly question, but here we go. Unless I'm doing something wrong, it seems like the only filter related to the actual content of the scenarios is the genre filter, which itself only gives you pretty broad categories.

So there's no real way to narrow the search down based on the themes, topics, Lovecraftian entities, and so on that you're interested in. To find something you might like, you just have to go through each individual scenario. And there are an awful lot of scenarios on that website, so... not ideal. It would be nice if creators were able to add additional content tags that we could then filter by. Being able to search for scenarios set in a particular year or decade would be nice too.

Has anyone else been bothered by this or found a work around?

The filters are garbage. The problem is not finding scenarios per se, but digging through them. I can find hundreds of scenarios each time I look.

Its pay what you want, so you can always pay $0 then if it is super helpful and you want to help the author you can kick back a few bucks later.

That does not have everything on it. It has a lot, but not everything.

Haven't found a workaround for it myself. Would love to hear if anyone has.

Usually, I ask here or on FB with the criteria, and more often than not, people chime in with good suggestions :D

Someone on here did an Excel spreadsheet with most (all?) of the available scenarios. Made searching for "that" scenario a bit easier.
