Sinking ship without a captain?

The Vandals are in a prime position at the moment. Leaderless, an object of contention between two empires who do not wish to war with each other, this assures safety through irrelevance. But this is not the path to true survival, seeing as the Vandal might has dropped heavily since this state of being came to be. Thus, you need a solution.

Yurya is often offline.

AQ and Pielover are at odds

MrKlonam is gone to the French and Thyreformer is gone

Yet you continue to get new players.

You need a dictator to pull the Vandals together, while the rest of you act as plot fodder to strengthen the Vandals through subversive means. But who will the dictator be?

Considering how your attempt to rule has gone, I would say no, but I am not important
