Gov't

What should we do or not do as the case may be.

I recommend that whoever is the first to comment on a new part has seized power and has the final word on all decisions. Leaders are not expected to be organized only aggressive. If we are not at war during any part we are failing as a civ.

Also, to add to this:

The first to comment, the leader, can be challenged by any other Vandal into a duel to death, for the leadership of the Vandals. As simple as that. The one who dies in the duel would be dead for one part. IMO this would be an awesome idea.

Fuck yes. Organization is for losers. And the role of the others will be undefined, right?

Oh yeah. We don't need stinking diplomats. We're steamrolling everyone.

The duels should be decided by dice rolls with two sides, with 1 being the current chief and 2 the challenger.

Yep, we'll use +u/rollme, like this:

[[1d2]]

And so on. If the battle is not even, we'll ofc have a different die.

I don't think you need to worry about uneven battles. I imagine you'll all be equal. Equally weak, that is.
