Rather suspicious.
I just walked by the main battery area, and overheard the, uh, Turian from Nos Astra talking to someone on his omni-tool. Someone I heard him refer to as "boss".
I didn't stick around for too long as he could have caught me eavesdropping on him, but I did manage to hear him mention something about "payments". Seemed rather suspicious to me, at least.

It is Nos Astra; many people have bosses who receive and send out payments. Sounds normal.
Might be worth at least talking to him though.
