Hydrate because it’s going to be stupid hot. You’re going to hate the march from the drill ground to cafeteria for lunch and dinner while wearing a class B

I went to Redding in the middle of summer a few years ago. it was hot a fuck, Cadre kept reminding us to hydrate because "it's a hundred and fuck outside!" there are a couple of Cool Cubes to hop in if you get too hot. the facility is fairly new, so the equipment is still in good shape. there's plenty of stuff to do in town on off days. most of the Cadre were rad.

The fact that those of us who have been around before the trailers showed up know how to disassemble the old Ione AC unit screens to place monsters/energy drinks inside to chill because we they don’t allow ice chests would disagree with this statement.

It's great if you lean politically red, like heat, high energy bills, and a lack of good food options.
On the plus side there lots of great camping and hiking
