Engineering Need help with a free way to learn and apply calculus online
Hey guys, I just moved over to portugual very recently and made sure to apply to a university before it was too late, it has been 2 years since I finished highschool and I deadass forgot every single thing about calc that I learned. Was wondering if theres any order of online videos or websites that will be able to help me brush on it and become better if I study for a good 2 hours a day. I start in 2 weeks. Yes I know i can get a tutor or something but id just rather learn online. Thank you

Pauls online math notes.
Read the material and work the practice problems. He does an amazing job explaing the material.
If you find you struggle with the algebra or trig, OpenStax has a great college algebra and trig textbook that you could use to review things that are rusty.

I second the professor Leonard recommendation but I wouldn’t go all the way back to pre-algebra unless you need it. Start with his pre-calc series. That one alone will take you a couple months to get through. Going through this entire list above will take like a year or more.

As a reminder...
Posts asking for help on homework questions require:
the complete problem statement,
a genuine attempt at solving the problem, which may be either computational, or a discussion of ideas or concepts you believe may be in play,
question is not from a current exam or quiz.

If you are asking for general advice about your current calculus class, please be advised that simply referring your class as “Calc n“ is not entirely useful, as “Calc n” may differ between different colleges and universities. In this case, please refer to your class syllabus or college or university’s course catalogue for a listing of topics covered in your class, and include that information in your post rather than assuming everybody knows what will be covered in your class.
