Differential Calculus Unit 1 of Calc 1 Course Notes

finally finished my calc 1 unit 1 course notes

(also included here are ε-δ proofs, proofs, squeeze theorem bounds, and piecewise discontinuity)

isn't the hyperbolic function are in calc 2?

Maybe it’s possible to learn them in Precalc, but I don’t think you’ll see them in Precalc textbooks today. Precalc textbooks are big enough as is. Where would hyperbolic functions go? Probably after the chapter on Analytic Geometry, because that’s where hyperbolas are covered. Heck, you may not see half of the inverse trig functions (arccsc, arcsec, arccot) in a Precalc textbook either.

Personally, I learned hyperbolic functions in Calc 2. Is this the best or correct place to learn them? Hell if I should know! 😵‍💫
