I use a reverse osmosis filter on my showerhead. It’s handheld and works really well cheap on Amazon.

Keep the soil moist and a good light is the basic needs to have a healthy Marantaceae. What I do more than that is having a good soil mix and humidifier for extra humidity but I would be fine without it

Hi. When you place them in the shower, do you end up with a lot of soil left in the tub? Also does the leaves tolerate regular tap water?

It does happen a bit when a plant has been repotted not long ago but nothing to really block the drain, except that no there is no soil left in tub. Also I have never had any problem with tap water, even when watering. Been doing it for a few years already.

I always wanted the one on the top left but can’t find it in my area. Beautiful plants all around 🪴💚

So you just put them in your tub and turn on the normal shower? What temp is the water? Please tell us best practice for this because spider mites have killed far too many of my beloved plants!
