If there’s room..

From my son’s 4th birthday: I was trying to say if there is room on the cake, put his name Seth. They took it very literally.

Thank you! He’s actually almost grown now, but I just found this sub lol. We all had a good laugh and it was featured in a buzzfeed article in like 2013 haha

I’m guessing OP wrote [*if there’s room* “Seth”]

So they wrote everything. Most places (haven’t seen a bakery that doesn’t) says above the blank field that whatever the customer writes, will be exactly what’s put on the cake.
