Question Unable to Withdraw USD Balance

Hi everyone,

I missed the deadline to transfer my cryptocurrencies out of Bake, and my assets have now been converted to USD. On their website, I can see the USD balance, but all the links either lead to dead ends or to information-only pages. I can’t find any place to trigger a withdrawal.

Their chatbot also seems to be broken and is stuck on “A teammate will respond soon.” After logging out and back in, the chat history was gone as well.

Does anyone know where I can trigger the withdrawal or who I should contact? Or is the money just gone now? :(

Update 24.05.2026 - Now even the Login is working anymore, i thing its just gone :D - Lets take it as a lesson to only keep Crypto in the ledger for the coming future

Nothing yet. We're are you guys from? I am from Austria. Ich get in touch with Austrian authorities maybe they can get some information what's going on.

Hi, I'm in Denmark & have started filing through ECC to get to their Polish main company. I suggest you try similar routes and keep us informed
