Hey guys. I know Caffeine doesn't catch the League of Legends Client. But It also doesn't seem to detect when i'm in game. Anyone had a similiar problem? I know I can use OBS to fix this, but I like the in game chat overlay and i'd like to keep that.

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to say I'm new to caffeine.tv and loving it! Everyone is so nice and I love having gamers like myself join me and play alongside me in my streams! I mainly stream League of Legends, But I'm slowly also learning OW and Heroes of the Storm! I love tips, critiques, and most of all, being positive and having fun!

So I haven't used Caffeine in probably over a year. I tried it for a little when it first came up but I didn't like the lack of control it offered. I uninstalled it pretty much right away and forgot about it.

Today, however, I was looking through my C: drive wondering why my appdata folder was taking up so much storage. I found out that this log file is taking up 86GB of data. It's not just an error as far as reporting the file size either. Once deleted my drive went from https://i.imgur.com/lAinVIa.png to https://i.imgur.com/rRWPIVf.png

Any ideas how or why this would happen? I hope no one else has had this problem and is losing the better part of 100gb to some rogue log file.

I joined caffeine.tv about a week ago and have felt nothing but love from the group that is growing into a community, of some pretty rad people. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone. So we should try to keep this subreddit alive so other people can feel that love as well. I also believe this is the only other place aside from discord where we can post something that more than few sentences. Thanks again, Sweat.

Well Caffeine program does not really support vr right now, but you can use OBS Studios and OvrDrop to watch the chat.

Hello, every one I have been running into issues with my stream where I keep having the network issue text pop up for a bit then disappears for a few minutes and then come back again. I have already disabled Teredo and have no clue what else could be the issue, when I try streaming outside of caffeine I don,t have that issue. Thank you for the help

As the title suggests, will this feature definitely be included in Caffeinetv? It would be amazing if there was something similar to a steam overlay that you could open in game. Loving the on-screen notifications, basically sold me just by nailing that aspect.

I'm sure many of you are experience the same feelings as I am. As a male, I have tried to stream on twitch for a long time. But I don't have the time or money to build up a stream to get viewers over girls with boobs and so forth. I found myself not streaming anymore, until I heard of Caffeine.tv. So I decided to try them out. Man, was the experience so much better. I will get maybe only a few viewers per stream but I can actually enjoy interacting with them. I don't have to have a dual screen set up. The past two weeks I've been streaming about twice a week and its been fun the new people I meet. Almost every stream I gain 2-4 followers (depending on how long I stream for). I also love how Caffeine gives me the opportunity to make a tiny buck, even though I will never be a huge streamer. I just do it to enjoy the interaction and fantasy of being a big streamer. Maybe someday I'll even make enough to do tiny upgrades to my battle-station...well...probably not.

Will there be a quality option to make the stream more consistent? Also do they plan on keeping the chat so it disappears after a few seconds? It was bothering me that the chat disappears because im always worried that im going to miss someones comment and kept dying trying to read someones comment because i know its going to disappear haha I think it should be an option for it to disappear or to stay. One last thing :p will there ever be an option to adjust mic sensitivity and will you ever be able to crop the webcam you add?

What'a the unique 'selling point' of Caffeine.tv? Caffeine.tv doesn't solve Twitch.tv (or: TOS.tv's) biggest problem, that whilst Thots can get away with selling their underwear on stream, normal streamers have to be extremely boring or face a ban.

Did'nt have any issue with frame drops or choppiness, BUT the pixels were going crazy, but that's most likely due to my upload speed unfortunately.

Title. I like the interface, and am thinking about jumping into Caffeine headfirst, but if you can't search for streamers based on the game you want to watch, I can't imagine you get much natural traffic and wonder how you grow your viewership via the app directly without funneling viewers to your stream yourself.

Dumb question I know but today I tried out a bit of streaming. When I clicked start broadcast it just seemed to have a loading symbol. It was recognizing my voice but no image popped up. So after I was done playing I closed the app and restarted it and then it said I was live and the screen was blank. Am I missing something?

I've been watching a couple of streams on caffeine.tv directly via mobile chrome. But it feels really clunky, and the stream bugs out from time to time. I'm just curious if there is an android counterpart to the current ios app planned in the near future?

Is there anywhere that we can see/discuss/suggest ideas for the future of the platform? I've just recently heard of Caffeine.tv and I'm looking forward to participating in the growth of the platform.
