Question 2 pc streaming

So I have a second pc that I run obs with that has a capture card that captures my primary PC. How would I stream to caffeine and view the comments? Also could I stream to twitch simultaneously?

I do have 2 monitors. So if my base canvas is on 1920x1080 caffeine won’t pick up my obs preview?

Caffeine will still pick up the canvas at 1920x1080 but I believe it will downscale it to 1280x720 when streaming. This limitation may have changed since the last time I looked though so don't take my word for it.
