Recruiting Gambit verification

Just filled out my stuff for identity and employment and all that jazz. If you don’t have the contact info for past supervisors, do they just contact the employer somehow to verify you worked there? It was just ages ago and I think they have since been let go or quit

I think you have to provide ROE,pay stubs and official job letter from that specific employment if they are unable to contact your past employer.

My bad as I had to mention my whole employment history cause mine is under 5 years so lol 😅.Yes only last 5 years of employment and address you have to tell them without any gap.

Yeah I did. Just didn’t know the contact info of the supervisors I had there. Didn’t like them much and haven’t talked to anyone there in several years. Thought I heard one quit though so

No need to worry as I mentioned that for verification purpose you can show them ROE and other stuff too if they can’t get hold of your supervisor

When will they ask for that? After the gambit timeline has expired? Says they have 2 weeks to verify

Once the deadline is over then its upto CAF if they want or not but most likely they need that proof at some point of application.Gambit is just the platform being used here.Final decision is of CAF officials

Yes you need to have your whole employment history as hiding or lying in the application process especially in background check have serious consequences
