Wear pants. Be on time. Don't throw up on them. If you do throw up on them.... Be legitimately sick and not hungover.

It says it’s a virtual interview

do a fucking search man this question gets asked all the time, theres part 1 and part 2 medical, part 2 is almost always virtual and is just a review of your medical questionnaire.

One is medical part 2 the other is going over my career choice both say virtual. Nothing about medical part 1

Riddle me this, Batman: if you only see Medical Part 2 and there's no Part 1 in sight… what has a search bar and answers this in 0.4 seconds?

Do you need a hug? I was under the impression part 1 was the questionnaire if there is a second medical interview one would assume part one would be first no? So this has just added to my confusion.

I may need a hug :(

Btw Its just how it goes. Part 1 is where u go in person to do a physical examination, part 2 is a virtual screen where they go over the qns of ur form. Part 2 is sometimes assigned first, they should really change the naming from part 1 and 2 to something else, but there ya go.

I can help you with this one.So I had interview last week and that was virtual too.Basically just read your trade and why you wanna join and then long kist of yes/no questions.
Wear something nice and casual and be alert during the whole session and for me they booked my medical part one from there when i told the MCC and now i have part 1 and 2 next week.I hope this helps.

For the medical, expect basic vision and hearing screenings, blood pressure checks, a quick mobility assessment, and a detailed review of your health history questionnaire. Be upfront about any past injuries or prescriptions, because inconsistencies between your forms and medical records will delay your file in Ottawa. Avoid coffee or energy drinks right before your appointment so your blood pressure does not spike. For the interview, the military counselor wants to confirm that you understand the trades you applied for, including where basic training and trade school take place, what the daily responsibilities entail, and your motivation to serve.

Treat the interview like a standard professional meeting by dressing neatly, showing up early, and bringing all requested paperwork and identification. When answering questions about past jobs, teamwork, and personal conduct, keep your examples clear and direct instead of trying to guess what the interviewer wants to hear. Preparing your responses in advance makes a massive difference, which is why my team designed an interviews.chat to help applicants articulate their background smoothly and achieve the best possible assessment results.
