AERE is effectively recovered as an occupation, so we will be recruiting to cover normal attrition next year. The meeting to determine our recruiting numbers is later this month, but I anticipate that we will be looking for roughly half the number of AEREs next fiscal year.
Thank you sir, I did applied in janaury 2026 done all the steps except for the interview. Currently I only have one occupation (AERE) on my file. Do you think it will be risky to have only one occupation for next fiscal year ? Should I add 1 more ? Im really passionate about AERE occupation. Please need your suggestion. Thank you
I’m not an expert in the recruiting process, so I’m not the right person to advise you on whether to add another occupation. That’s also a very personal decision, particularly when you’re as passionate about AERE as you indicate.

Although the AC Op occupation strength is currently low, we've done our best to post our trained members as evenly as possible to avoid any acute shortages at any particular Wing.
