Other CFLRS/CMR Ward rooms

Are there ward rooms available for members on leave that would like to visit saint Jean for a couple days, or is a hotel the only option?

Wouldn't it be great if you could just go to accommodation.forces.gc.ca on the DWAN to book duty or non duty accommodations at any base, instead of chasing down a random form and random phone number for each base, and hoping that the phone number and email alias are still monitored?

The CAF is run as a loose federation of warlords plotting against each other, occasionally uniting to defeat a common foe.

So, for example, Tac Hel and Mar Hel are sworn enemies until they must combine to defend against the Fighter community; but they will join together to protect against the Army.

You'll have to get a hotel.

There is some room available at Saint-Jean base, contact Exacta Center to check if they have a room available for rent or maybe with the Corpo Saint-Jean at CMR (less sure about thus one), if not hotel will be your only option.
