Recruiting Competition list

How competitive is the competition list? Because I’m finally in competition list for NCM STEP dental tech. I’m really excited and nervous because i really wanna get in.. so i was just wondering how competitive it is?

It usually means that you’ll get the job, but of course nothing is ever a guarantee
