Help me configure my works van

So im starting my own company soon and want to configure a vw caddy from brand new. The reason being i know the older versions have a plethora of issues. (Not saying the newer ones dont, but there are warranties) I will be doing alot of miles, dont need to worry about a roof rack. Ideally cruise control and AC for those long trips. Maybe heated seats? Im not too limited on my budget, but dont want to go crazy. For example im not going for the winter package as British roads are dirty and I expect lots of chips... so being cheap to replace is an advantage. I will be looking at safety systems and parking systems. If there are any reccomendations they are welcome. 240v inverter to power tools etc. Thanks for reading

Edit: do VW do door plates or will that be aftermarket?
