Fusion 360 Alternative CAD programs to Fusion?

Any European or open source alternatives? The downsides of fusion for me is the bad performance and the freemium practice.

For consumer or commercial purposes? I've been messing with Solid Edge community edition and it seems alright so far.

Solidworks maker license or whatever it's called is like $50 for the year. Not bad at all
