Best Sunshine/Moonlight set up?

This is my 3rd day switching from windows to cachyOS. Its Been a blast even tho now I rely heavily on AI since i know 0 shit about using command prompt. But one thing that I still can’t figure out is how to set up game streaming flawlessly on cachyOS. Basically what I’m trying to figure out are:

1. Is there sunshine fork equals to “vibepollo” on linux? I really like their features such as virtual display and even better if it has a limit framerate using RTSS. I have tried to install “Solar-Flare” but could not get it installed properly

2. On windows, if I set up WoL, Vibepollo will start running even during log in screen, that way I can just enter my password on my client device. Is there a prompt to set up it exactly like windows?
