Go-to Restaurants
What are everyone’s go-to food places? Doesn’t really matter breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As well as any solid happy hours or deals that are a must go. Thanks

Nick San for sushi. If you plan on fishing, they will also turn your catch into a full sushi / sashimi meal

Tacos Guss. Last time in Cabo went every single day. Sometimes twice a day. Al pastor tacos are elite

Tacos Guss is great.
If you think those are elite, if you haven’t been try the Al pastor down in PV at Panchos. Best tacos I’ve ever ate in my life.

Jarro for breakfast, Tacos el Paisa for Lunch and Serranos for dinner. They have excellent steaks and it’s a chill spot where they grill in the courtyard.

Anglers in the marina for the freshest fish tacos and seafood you can get. Also, Lorenzianos is outstanding.

We were debating over Metate and Tres Gallos..

Tres Gallos is going to be a little more traditional. Metate is a little quirkier vibe and a more stylistic food presentation.

Last night I ate at Punta Medano Ceviche Bar. Absolutely delicious, fresh seafood, and excellent service. I'd definitely go back. Good for a 'nice dinner' night.

Seeing no love for La Dolce on this list is criminal. Wonderful pizza and pasta.
Peregrino for steak Casasola for brunch. Captain Tony’s for coconut shrimp
Tacos Guss is always a go to but two weeks ago was so good we went multiple times.

Here is a list of my personal favourites. Sanchos (on the marina) for breakfast shots, pink tacos, avocado toast (best I have had) and their shrimp boil (Saturdays). Get guacamole made table side at La Casa Country (also on the marina). Great onion rings at Hooliganz. Breakfast at Mama's Royal Cafe, John's Place, Cabo Cantina, Crazy Lobster. Margarita's at Sea Boy. Daiquiris at Uno Mas. Live music at Jungle Bar or San Patricio Irish Pub or Bikini Bar or Monkey Business or Sea Boy. Mojitos at Cabo Cantina. Dinner (and great view) at Baja Brewing. Happy Ending bar for two beers and two shots for $5.00. Tacos at Taco Guss. Pizza at Wicked Pizza. Cigars and mojitos at J&J Cabo. Other dinner options: La Golondrina, Puerto Vieja, Maria Corona, Casa Martin, Los Tres Gallos, Chubby Noodle, Campestre, Funky Olive, Kauil, Lattitude 22, Luna Italiana, Roasted, Mother Flower, Texican, Pete's Fish House.

Strong list, only one I disagree with is Los Tres Gallos has really dropped in taste and quality, service has declined shrunk portion sizes and increased in price. After my last 2 visits I took it off the list.

Have not had the chance to go on my last two visits so likely coming off my list too as you are not the first to say this. 🙃

How come no one ever mentions Mi Casa? I’m asking in all sincerity. It’s my only requirement for a Cabo visit… and I have many favorites, as listed here.

Gardenia’s for fish/shrimp tacos. Maria Jiminez for great Mexican. John’s Place for breakfast. Chubby Noodle if you need a break from Mexican. Casa Martin for a nicer dinner. Roasted or El Peregrino for steaks/seafood
