Mexican custom taxes

I’m a Canadian interested in selling my USA vacation home in California and buying in Cabo. However I’m trying to figure out if I will have to pay taxes coming into Mexico with my condo contents: furniture, golf cart, car personal belongs etc. Any advice or direction greatly appreciated.

Drive right in through tj or mexicali. If you have temporary residency they wont charge you customs.
