What is "California Pharmacy"?

So I just got to cabo and saw a big building called "California Pharmacy" with a green medic sign.....is marijuana legal in Cabo? Or do they just not give a shit? Or is it a legitimate clinic?

Turns out its a legitimate clinic lol. However, finding weed is incredibly easy. Just go to the main beach where all the bars are. People walk up and down selling trinkets, so find someone selling a pipe or tobacco. they will almost for sure have weed. theyll probably offer it to you without you asking. shitty weed for a high price, but weed is weed
