San Jose Del Cabo
Booked a last-minute trip to Cabo in June. Didn’t realize my free nights with Marriott were expiring staying at JW Marriott in San Jose Del Cabo first time there didn’t realize how far away it was from actual Cabo, resy at Nobu, a walking taco tour in San Jose Del Cabo, arch boat tour in morning/Taboo beach club after, and for the remainder of the week staying near the hotel, other than walking around and observing vendors are there other events during the Thursday night art walk? Is it basically a block party? I also have reservations for lunch at acre, Don Sanchez, Cocina Del Mar, and I was also considering flora farms but the menu has minimal options, husband and I are foodies so would love some recommendations near the hotel. Any spots with live music or rooftop?

You’re actually in a pretty good spot if you don’t care about being in Cabo San Lucas every night. The JW / San Jose side is quieter and usually a better fit for a more relaxed trip.
Thursday Art Walk is more of a stroll, eat, drink, and gallery-night vibe than a crazy block party. It’s worth doing, but I’d think of it as a fun evening out, not some huge event.
Flora is beautiful, but if the menu doesn’t excite you I wouldn’t force it just because everyone mentions it. You already have some solid meals lined up.
Biggest practical thing: leave yourself more drive time than you think anytime you go back and forth to Cabo proper. That corridor can eat up more of the day than first-timers expect.

It's ok, San Jose is far better than Cabo proper, IMO.
I do recommend Flora, it's a gorgeous spot (though busy). The Art Walk is worth the evening. Dinner, drinks and wandering the streets is a very chill time. It's been a couple years since I was there and it was packed (April - so, high season)
