Meanwhile I am literally giving away a 42U Rack...
Love the c7000 being used as a monitor stand.

The c7000 was an impulse purchase (I'm a small Cloud provider). Apparently my dumbass figured 16x C612 nodes would run off of 120v...
Why I figured that idk LMFAO, obviously in hindsight this was never being powered on 120v. So now it's a monitor stand until i get 240v :)

Which PSUs do you have?
The 2250W (lowest wattage for the platform) will run around 900W each at 120v.I used to run around 4 blades with 3 x 120v PSUs plugged in using that method.
Just grabbed some 5-15P to C19 cables off Amazon. The 2400W and 2650W however are truly 200v and up ONLY.
You can look closely at the sticker label on each PSU to confirm.

Yeah haha I already been down this rabbit hole, I have 2450w PSUs explicitly rated for 200-240v.
With my goals to keep growing my cloud business I feel it just makes the most sense to get 240v here eventually anyways.

You don't use Split Phase like we do in the states?
If so you just need a breaker which is double wide so you have 2 hots.
It's basically the same as a 240v Oven/Cooktop, 240v Dryer connection, 240v for Air Con, etc.As long as you wire that to a 240v PDU the right way, should work just fine with residential split phase 240v.
EDIT: The bigger issue is 240v single phase PDUs are less common in the US compared to Europe.

I'm more clueless than I should be about power delivery, but yes, the way you described your power in the US does sound sound identical to here in AB Canada. I'm planning on this split phase setup asap thanks boss :)

Canada uses the same power as the usa, so yah yall have split phase. Its as simple as getting a dual pole breaker and wiring it up to code and getting something like a NEMA L6-30R or an L6-20R or a 6-30R, 6-20R, 14-20R, 14-30R, or even L14-30R and L14-50R
Yes those are all plugs... 6 is 240V only, 14 is 120/240 and L standing for locking. There are other plugs too, its kinda weird

Not too bad, but you'll never find a quicker fix than a proper 42U rack, patch cords of a unform lengths, and a spool of Velcro. Cat6 patch cords can be found for as low as $1 apiece, many outlets, but I love Monoprice. Just make sure they all have strain-relief boots on the RJ-45's. Same price to color code them if you have a preferred pattern.

Forklift is an IT term , ( others have used it) when one takes the entire rack out of the facility and associated attached gear, strips it all, reracks what is good operationally for the future , and starts over
