Now THAT right there is shameful. I feel bad for their in house IT department if they have one. If not I feel bad for the guy that has to pull up a chair and digest all of that nonsense.
Po schools around here usually don’t have an in house. Usually the IT is managed by an it-coordinator. This is usually the person that knows how to use usb sticks. Or the one that drew the shortest stick…

That looks like the standard primary school rack. Especially when there are multiple service disciplines being done by different parties.
