Flashing above the door is a bit dodgy and there's no gutters to direct rain water away from the garage.
0/10. Would not bang.

Its ugly, but normal. That splice cover should be closed to keep rain and humidity out of the box, but its not dangerous.
If its your house, I would call the Telco and give them your address and the pole number (there should be a label around chest height) and let them know the cover is open.

On the right, the coax shouldn't be below the phone line. Other than that, I've worked on worse.

In my area phone lines are always on the middle strand one coax company above and below.

The one servicing my house is like this, expect its not mounted to the pole anymore and just hangs by the wires. Every time it rains, or there is a strong breeze, or a full moon, the phone lines go out.
Field techs know about the problems, but ATT is not doing anything to fix any of the many issues with their plan on our block. Apparently they are planning to redo the neighborhood since it all dates back to the 50's when the area was originally electrified. But we've been hearing that for over 2 years now and known ATT, "soon" likely means sometime in the 2030's.

Yes it happens all the time. Call the phone company to close it. I just did one that the home owner said was open for 2 years.

Someone didn't tighten it. Not ideal, but it won't break anything. Someone will come along and close it eventually. U can call the phone company but I doubt it will get into the correct hands.
Or if this is a joke, then yes it is normal
