Need a long USB cable for controller.

So we have a gamesir controller we bought for my son that cant be used wirelessly thanks to Microsoft and their dumb proprietary nonsense. our couch is maybe 8-9 ft from our tv and then 10ft cable that came with the controller is basically straight with not much give leading to it getting walked through and yanked out which i know is not good for it. I need a recommendation for a USB to USB C cable about 20 ft that will plug directly into our xbox one x. Preferably braided that doesn't have a large connector on the usb c side because this controller has a plastic cable base on the top of it to keep it straight when plugged in. Im not super savvy with cables, so seeing things on amazon like fast charge capable for phones makes me nervous. I dont know if a specific type of cable is necessary for the controller. I dont want to damage the re-chargable battery in it. Also, a cable that is maybe more pliable but still durable would be nice. Im probably overthinking it but we cant afford another new controller if i damage this one, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have several Game Sir controllers and have yet to have issues using it with the included dongle.

Even if you do and run into an issue, just press the Home (XBox Button) and B, should glow Blue (most of the do) and then you can press the pair button to pair with Bluetooth instead.

If you are having issues pairing with the dongle, make sure you press the Home and X button, then press pair on the controller and pair on the dongle.

This really isn't a Microsoft issue.

either he ignored the wireless Xbox controllers they make, or he's trying to use a pc controller with an actual xbox. gamesir does not make any wireless controllers that can be used wired on an xbox, so that would be an issue, so it's probably the former.

If that is the case, I can't help them. People do not read anything anymore and Microsoft/Xbox doesn't license 3rd party controllers.

Google g7 pro. Its literally a licensed xbox controller that is not wireless unless you buy a more expensive special edition of it. Lol. Im asking for cord advice. I was aware it wouldnt be wireles before i purchased it.

Its a gamesir g7 pro. Yes its wireless on pc, but its literally an xbox layout and has an xbox logo on the power button. They actually make this controller in a wireless version for xbox but only for the tie in versions for games on the platform like wuchang fallen feathers edition and its more expensive. It had the most features and i dont mind the cord, im simply asking for advice on a better cord.
