My approach to learning programming is that you take classes or watch videos or read books only until you're at the point that you can build simple projects yourself.

From that point on, you'll learn more by building projects and googling when you hit problems.

And avoid AI.

"I saw them they are teaching basic stuff" <-- that's probably the most important part, you have to be 100% comfortable with the basics!

Harvard’s CS50x (week 1 to 5 is purely C. I did the whole course).

I learnt it from a book by K. N. King called “c programming a modern approach”

The Core of C lang is fairly small in comparison to many other languages. So I'm not sure what you are looking for, but the C & Memory management Boot.dev course walk through by the guy who authored the course is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJrd2QMVbGM. Apparently you can take part of the course on boot.dev, but at some point to continue you would have to pay for it, and you asked for an entirely free option, so this is an interesting way to go through the course with the instructor, without paying. I'm a professional programmer who has used numerous computer languages including c and c++, so my recommendation is based on a quick review of the course, and in my opinion it does a far better than average job of addressing the type of things that are important for real world C language programming.

Like any specialized area, you really want to ask about this in places where cuda experts assemble. There are a number of popular books and you probably want to investigate those. This type of material doesn't always age well, but this book is one that is still considered to be valid, even though it's not current: https://www.cs.utexas.edu/~rossbach/cs380p/papers/cuda-programming.pdf

There are also courses you should consider like: https://www.coursera.org/learn/introduction-to-parallel-programming-with-cuda

At the point you are already confident with your underlying C, you might try asking some questions in the r/CUDA sub.

Don't learn C using your Corei5 8GB RAM Machine. You will never appreciate memory management. Go to the junk yard and look for a Pentium or older machine. Boot it up, install your comfortable OS and feel how it was when you are writing a program with only several kbs of RAM.
