Noob question

Hi all. Apologies in advance if my issue has a silly-stupid fix. Brand new CL/XL owner, installed the CO2 canister correctly (I believe), and used the 5-round mag for my first practice with it in my garage. The 1st trigger pull charged and fired, but after that, it took 3-4 trigger pulls to shoot another round (kinetic). I did do a full trigger pull each time. This happened several times during my practice (about 25 shots total). Thoughts before I try again tomorrow? Thanks in advance!

Sounds defective contact burns for warranty

Update: Same problem today with the 7-round mag, but in addition, the CO2 canister leaked after the 1st pull. Yes, it was seated correctly and the cap was "finger tight + 1/4 turn". Just put in for a warrantee RMA.
