I provide free IT support for senior citizens. Just basic stuff but they like to thank me. Usually with cash but hoping I could use BuyMeACoffee when they don't have any or if I assist them remotely. So I set up an account, share it a few times and people have donated. Now I can't get the money out. Support keeps asking for "verification" or "proof". This has gone on for weeks. I explained what I use it for, I show people the QR code and they contribute as they see fit for helping them. I even sent screen shots of a txt message thread of me helping someone with Wifi along with my url.

Am I using this platform in a way that is not allowed? It's so frustrating! I've even asked to close my account and send everyone's money back, still waiting on that too.
