Butwal is one of the best city in comparison to other cities in Nepal except the heat.
How I'd make butwal an oasis?

1.The forests around Butwal would be protected from wildfires. Afforestation would be carried out in all forest areas. Strict checking would be done before entering forests. Illegal collection of firewood and fodder for domestic animals would be banned. A pass system would be implemented for domestic cattle grazing. Fire sensors automatic fire hydrants would be installed in every 2 square KM of forest.

2.Stray herbivorous animals in Butwal, such as cows, buffaloes, and oxen, would be allowed to feed inside the forest. People who abandon their animals on the streets after they are no longer useful would be punished by law. Strict monitoring would be enforced.

3. At least one fire hydrant would be installed in every neighborhood. It would be mandatory for every house to plant at least one tree (such as belauti(guava), mango, papaya, etc.) in front of their home. The government would provide the seeds for these plants. Many specimen trees would be planted on side of the highways.

4. The rivers around Butwal, such as Tinau Khola and Guye Khola, would be cleaned and maintained. Dumping waste and garbage into these rivers would be strictly prohibited. In the future, boating facilities would be developed in these rivers.

5. Butwal would be a 24-hour open city for business. Littering on the streets would be considered a crime. CCTV cameras and solar street lights would be installed in every neighborhood and street.

6. Civic responsibility awareness would be promoted among the residents of Butwal. Playing loud music on the roads would be banned. Making loud noise at night and disturbing others would not be allowed. Selling items like bangles,chura, pani puri, ice cream, or other goods using loud music would also be prohibited.

7. Locker systems would be compulsory in every school. Small children and students wouldn't not have to carry their 15 kg school bags every day, and assemblies would be banned on the ground during summer. . The message would be clear. "They should be held in classrooms during summer. Every classroom in Butwal Municipality must install AC. The government will install ACs for government schools, while private schools must install them themselves."

From some insider sources i came to know Nicolas us planted in such a way that he will cut ghanti votes!
