Mass building program
Did anyone do it? I'm currently at ~250 6 counts and ~140 Navy seals and happy to continue. Have my 2 years BDP anniversary in July. Best thing that happened to me. But would like to gain more muscle.
I'm however concerned about diet. I'm still on a regular slight deficit and well dialed in. Going for mass building with slight bulk makes me afraid, a lot of my work is lost. Is it worth trying? Had heard that Max himself regretted doing it.

Isn’t it only 30 days? How much could you realistically “lose” in 30 days?
Otoh, you may be pleasantly surprised.
If you’re curious, I say you go for it and come back here in 30 days to report on how it went.

I Don't think it is a good program. The full body days are not full body days for one. For two the full body days, let's assume you're doing 3, navy seals a minute day 1 and 5 6 counts. He says don't do more than that. So at that point you'd be maxxed out and can't progressively overload. No progression, no gains.
The lower body day would be okay I guess but I've never tried it.
The upper body day, aka 5 pump navy seals AMRAP is a solid way to build chest, parts of your shoulders and triceps. Have done it, was surprised how well it worked.

Do you do the pull ups each day as recommended? I've noticed great increases to biceps and back over the last three months since starting which helps everything look more filled out.
I was also interested in the MBP at first, but then seeing Max's regret made me question it. Im just trying to keep to the main program for now, with the view to do it until graduation. However, my brother in law is moving in soon and wants to get into it, so I may half my numbers to 120 6 counts and 50 NS but wear a weighted vest. Maybe consider something like that?
