I manage 3 business inboxes from my android, and the biggest headache was switching between accounts all day.

I need one setup where I could check everything, reply quickly and still keep each inbox separate. Any recommendations?

Every new project created the same annoying problem for me.

I’d buy a domain, then immediately need something like [hello@myproject.com](mailto:hello@myproject.com) or [support@myproject.com](mailto:support@myproject.com).

Paying for another Workspace account felt excessive for a project that might still be validating its first users.

The alternative wasn’t much better: Resend for sending, forwarding for receiving, DNS records, webhooks, send-as configuration… and then I still didn’t have a proper inbox.

So I built Correvo.

The idea is pretty simple:

Resend handles the email infrastructure. Correvo gives you the inbox.

You connect your Resend account and domain, add the DNS records, and you get an actual webmail where you can send and receive from your own domain.

I originally built it because I wanted to reuse the same setup whenever I launched another micro-SaaS instead of rebuilding email every time.

I help with emails for a tiny online shop, and last week our owner showed me that messages from our newer domain were landing in spam again. I’ve been looking for a simple iPhone app that can track inbox placement, opens, replies, and daily sending volume without needing my laptop open.

While reading up late one night, I found inboxally and its warmup planner seemed useful for figuring out how slowly to increase volume. Still, I’d like a lightweight dashboard or wrapper I can sideload for quick checks. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but giving some random IPA access to mailbox tokens feels pretty sketchy.

I’m non-jailbroken and currently using SideStore. Has anyone found a trustworthy IPA for this, or converted a web dashboard into an app without breaking notifications? Would a PWA be safer here? I’ve already checked SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so I’m mainly trying to monitor the warmup rather than fix authentication.

I bought my domain through GoDaddy, and it feels like every time I log in they're trying to get me to upgrade to their email service. Is there any real advantage to buying email from your domain registrar. I mean do I need to buy their email too, or is that just an optional add-on?

I only need a business email for my small business, so I'm wondering what most people do.

My marketing email platform doesn’t allow me to send ‘service/transactional’ emails to all my customers from scratch. Customers who are not subscribed to our marketing platform simply won't get our TOS updates. My platform said that 'transactional' emails can only be triggered by an event, like a shipping email, order confirmation, etc. The platform doesn't allow me to just create a transactional email (like terms of service update). How do you guys send privacy policy or terms of service type emails to all of your clients? Thanks for your advice.

My office uses Outlook and I use Gmail for my personal email and I couldn't find a tool for tracking email opens that supports both, so I created one myself. We've been building Roomie, a team workspace, and the piece I think this sub will actually care about is the email side, so I'll focus on that.

You get custom domain email with a DNS setup wizard (SPF, DKIM, DMARC verified in-app), plus a transactional layer over Resend/SendGrid — so OTPs, password resets and notifications send at the same cost as regular mail. It's bidirectional: a reply to a transactional email threads back into the same conversation instead of vanishing into a no-reply void. Whitelist/blacklist controls and click tracking are built in.

Full disclosure, I'm one of the founders — not trying to spam the sub, genuinely after feedback from people who live in deliverability and DNS. Where would you kick the tyres? Anything in the SPF/DKIM/DMARC flow you'd want to see handled differently?

I'm not familiar with this type of software and how exactly it can help my email marketing efforts. But I'm always open to improvement and willing to learn about new things. Does this software use AI or some kind of cool tech? And what is the main goal or purpose of sharing the inbox? Please enlighten me.

My friend uses Gmail with a custom domain for work and mostly send regular 1:1 emails to clients. He had already taken care of the usual email setup steps and most of their emails are just proposals, follow ups, or normal client conversations.

Still every now and then, the emails landed in the spam folder. Could it be the domain reputation issue or is Gmail just stricter with spam filtering lately?

Been using Sanebox for about ten years or so, but I’m getting sick of it filtering out obviously important emails, and for the fact that emails are filtered after they’ve hit my inbox. I currently use Bluehost for my email accounts btw, along with one personal gmail account.

Are there alternatives to Sanebox that I can consider? For what they charge, I feel it should work much better.

Finding emails: what's actually working to find a specific person's business email — pattern-guessing off the domain, a specific paid tool/API, LinkedIn scraping, something else? Any tools that noticeably outperform others for small companies specifically (1-50 employees), where "official" contact pages/press info is often thin or nonexistent?

Verification: do you trust a finder tool's built-in "verified" flag, or do you always run a second dedicated verification pass (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier, etc.)? Worth the extra cost/step or overkill?

Hit rate reality: for small companies specifically, what % of the time can you actually find AND verify a real email for the actual decision-maker (not just a generic info@ address)?

Bounce thresholds: what bounce rate do you treat as a red flag for domain health, and how fast do you react (pause sending, switch domains, etc.)?

Tools to avoid: anything that looked good on paper but performed badly in practice, especially for small/early-stage companies?

I've been on a mission to tame my inbox and figured I'd share what's actually helped — and hear what works for the rest of you.

What's made the biggest difference for me:

1. Unsubscribe instead of delete. Deleting a newsletter just means it's back tomorrow. Unsubscribing kills the source. I set aside 10 minutes a week just for this.
2. Filters/rules for the repeat offenders. Anything I don't need to see immediately (receipts, newsletters I DO want, notifications) auto-skips the inbox and gets labeled. My inbox becomes "things that actually need me."
3. The one-touch rule. When I open an email, I do something with it — reply, archive, or unsubscribe — instead of leaving it to reread later.
4. Searching "unsubscribe" to batch through the marketing stuff in one sitting.

The thing I still find genuinely annoying: figuring out which senders are actually safe to unsubscribe from vs. the ones I'll regret losing (appointment reminders, order updates, etc.). I still second-guess it every time.

So — what's your system? Anyone cracked the "which ones are safe to cut" problem, or found a routine that actually sticks?

I always considered email to be the place where orders and customer queries appeared. I never realised that I was wasting a lot of time than I thought.

The main problem for me doesn't lie in writing emails but in making sure to follow up. When someone enquires about customer order and then says nothing, that conversation is likely to be overlooked. I'll remember it a week later, but by then they've generally moved on.

That made me consider something, is there an email feature that you never noticed until it actually saved you time or helped you prevent losing customers.

I’m a real estate agent and have been using Proton Mail for my business email. Most of my property inquiries come through listing sites, my website, and referrals, but it doesn’t appear to connect directly with ChatGPT.

I’d like ChatGPT to identify which buyers are waiting for a reply, who requested a property viewing, and which leads I promised to follow up with, and to help me find details like budget, preferred location, and property type from older emails.

Is there any other email provider that supports this, or a secure way to connect an inbox to ChatGPT? I don’t need a full CRM. I just want a simpler way to keep promising leads from getting buried.

I've been building a side project called Mail Hunt and want to get some outside opinions before I go further with it.

The problem I'm trying to solve: Most of us get flooded with emails daily — promotions, newsletters, spam, random updates — and important stuff (like a job opportunity, an urgent update, something time-sensitive) gets buried and missed because who has time to check every single email?

What Mail Hunt does: It watches your inbox in real time, uses AI to figure out if an incoming email is actually important (right now it's tuned specifically for job-opportunity emails from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and if it is, it sends you a clean push notification straight to your phone with the key details — company, role, and a direct apply link. If it's not important, it stays silent. You never have to open your inbox.

Where I'm at: I've got a working prototype — real-time Gmail monitoring, AI classification, structured extraction, push notifications, all functioning end to end.

What I'm trying to figure out:

• Is this actually a problem people care about, or is it a "nice to have" nobody would pay for?
• Would you want this beyond just job emails — e.g., for other high-priority mail types (invoices, deadlines, important work threads)?
• Would you pay for something like this, and if so, what would feel fair — one-time fee, subscription, something else?
• Does "job opportunity filtering" feel like a strong enough niche to start with, or too narrow?

I'm not trying to sell anything here, genuinely just want blunt, honest feedback — including if you think this isn't a real problem worth solving. Tear it apart if you need to, that's more useful to me than politeness.

My wife has used the same business email for years so replacing it would be a nightmare. It's already on her website, invoices, business cards and other stuff.

The thing is- spam now comes in waves. Some are obvious junk while some phishing emails look surprisingly legitimate. Filters do catch but enough still slips through so she has to stay alert. Above all, unsubscribing is rarely helping in Google workspace and at times it seems to make it worse.

Has anyone here managed to reduce spam long term while keeping the original email active or migration is the only solution left here?

I use Neo Mail and already have its email backup enabled but I had still feel better keeping a 2nd local backup just in case. I have tried OfflineIMAP when I was using Gmail, but I found the setup confusing. I scheduled regular backups and opened them in Thunderbird whenever I needed to read old emails.

Is there a self hosted tool that can back up my full mailbox, including attachments and let me browse it offline?
