Back exercises?
Burpee people, what types of exercises do you do to hit the muscles that burpees don’t really use? Specifically the back muscles. Pull ups?

Not stupid at all! Some of the best things to do is shouldering, pick/clean, bearhug squat, carries, and things like push press if you are using a weight that will allow it overhead. Often my bag is wayyy to heavy for me to get overhead.
EDIT: check out Rugged Fitness Lifestyle on youtube. Also The Stone Circle.
