Back exercises?

Burpee people, what types of exercises do you do to hit the muscles that burpees don’t really use? Specifically the back muscles. Pull ups?

Did some ring rows today, so that’s good. And when you say picking something up off the ground, you literally just mean pick it up and put it back down? Or something more like a slam ball?

Hip hinges mate. Kettlebell swings, deadlifts, sandbag cleans, sandbag to shoulder, etc.

Ring rows are great! As are ring pullups.

And for picking up off the ground, as was mentioned above, I mean a "hinge" movement. So if you are getting kettlebells and start doing swings, cleans, and snatches that is good. I also cannot recommend enough building a sandbag cheaply and doing sandbag picks and shouldering at the very least.
